Turner Classic Movies has a Cary Grant festival tomorrow and I was looking forward to it, but now that I think about it, General Wesley Clark looks so much like Cary Grant that it will be like a harbinger of his Presidency!!!!!

We don't know enough about Mrs. Clark, tho. Which one of Cary Grant's wives do you think she is most like? I am hoping Betsey Drake who was in one of my most favorite movies, "Every Girl Should be Married." Cary Grant (i.e., Wesley Clark!) co-starred. I hope she wasn't like his last wife, Dyan Cannon, who just isn't glamorous enough to be first lady!

No, no, no, and NO Weaselly Clark doesn't look at all like Cary Grant, and " MR. BLANDINGS BUILDS HIS DREAM HOUSE " is a pretty close bible of our building the one we live in. It's also one of my husband's and my favorite movies! And MY well is deeper, as well as us having all that damned Conn. ledge, which had to be blasted. :-)
