It makes me feel better about the sacrifice my brother is making in Iraq right now, being away from his wife and daughter and being in harms way all so that other wives and children don't have to live without their husbands and fathers anymore.
Hey, tell your brother we really appreciate his sacrifice the next time you talk to him. If life is getting him down, let him know that even just his willingness to be there, no matter how messed up it may be sometimes, is demonstration of our Republic's determination to survive at all costs.
