There is a reason why some people who know Mr. (Herr General) Clark.....call him "lights out Clark"
Is it just me, or do others always think of General Jack D. Ripper from "Dr. Strangelove" when they see Clark? Only thing is, I think General Ripper was more sound of mind.
Any day now I expect Clark to start talking about "our precious bodily fluids".
