Robbing banks, Rape, killing and drug dealing are separate crimes. That is why there are seperate laws prohibiting the actions. Again a member of the far right fringe equates all illegals with killers and rapists.

Your non-compliance with a seatbelt law does not allow someone who is intent on speeding and driving drunk access to our roads.

If you protect a known felon, you are party to his misdeeds, as in, if you are committing a crime and the police kill your partner-in-crime, you are guilty of murder.
