I think that there is an unfunded Federal madate that no one can be turned away from an emergency room. That's why the illegals go there for routine health care. That's why the ERs usually have a 4-5 hour waiting line. That's why the hospitals on the borders are going broke. Nothing Tom can do about that, for now. It's also a violation of the Hippocratic Oath.
The amnesty cheerleaders on FR are really grasping at straws it seems.

I heard they don't even take the Hippocratic oath anymore. If they did they wouldn't be able to perform abortions or euthanize inconvenient and elderly patients.
