Thanks for sharing that. Now, let's apply a bit of logic here. The last quarterly poll had Bush at 53.7%. Shortly after that Saddam was captured and his approval went to 57%. No immigration plan had been announced. Event driven bounces dissipate fairly quickly, just ask Bush 1. Now this quarters poll shows a 4% drop, the same percentage of the capture Bounce and Bush is back down to the same 53% he had in October and this is AFTER the immigration plan was announced. So Bush has neither gained nor lost support on immigration and the Gallup analysis is that the drop was the result of the loss of the capture bounce. I know logic is hard to apply to an agenda based on getting rid of this president but I thought I would try.

What do you mean a high of 57%? On that chart it's 63%. That makes it a 10 point drop in a month. What else has happened to affect it?
