I once was in my car, Rush brought up an article I had read and commented on that morning on FR. All of a sudden I'm hearing my posted comments almost word for word coming from Rush.
I had isolated a single line from the article, highlighted it, calling it the "money quote." When commenting on the same article, Rush said "Money quote - sometimes called the pull quote - here." He read the exact same quote I had identified. Gave my exact comments, almost word for word, and then went on.
And no I wasn't angry. Just honored to be on the Rush show-prep team. I'm sure I'm not alone in that here.
You're not. while it wasn't something I posted here, a couple years back I sent Rush an e-mail responding to some caller he had saying "conservatives cram their morality down other peoples throats". I sent him several examples of liberals shoving their morality down other people's throats. Just like he did with you, he said verbatim some of the things I said. There's no way he could've said them as he did without reading my email.
With or without credit, it was really cool to be part of his show that day.
