I guess we get something we can feel around once a year on average. This one was just a couple oscillations.
KOMO 1000 is saying it was a 3.2 centered around Bremerton.

I've not experienced one of any size. That must be one strange feeling. Here's hoping this isn't a prelude to something worse.

Felt nothing, but there's a cat on my lap purring like a motorboat.

3 miles east of Bremerton according to NWCN tv station 2.
Nothing felt here in the Gig Harbor area.
To: jennyp
I wish I'd felt it. I'm in Tukwila, but didn't notice a thing.

Caller from Maple Valley felt two jolts that woke her up.
Another ladt says her llamas won't go back into theis barn after the earthquake. Saya they may be waiting for another jolt.

Felt a jolt here in Puyallup. Like someone kicked the back of my chair, felt the house sway, then nothing. Ducks are going crazy right now out on my pond out back 20 minutes after. They must be feeling the tiny aftershocks we can't. Anyway, no big whoop. Mother Nature just burpin' that's all.

You know how a quake in the 3-range will pop your ears a couple times? It was like that, plus two small, quick sways of the house. Calling it "two jolts" would be overstating it a bit. (And yet those first slight jolts are so good at focusing the mind, aren't they? :-)
The lights didn't go out, the computer was still online so I know the phone lines weren't affected, and hubby's still asleep.

Didn't feel a thing up on Camano Island, but we have to be more than twenty miles North/Northeast of the epicenter.
