Bush got concessions. Just like he wanted.

The media will spin it the way they WANT to see it.

The way I read the tea leaves of this leak: the Administration is definitely going to open up the contract bidding to the French, German, and Russians. Who knows what secret diplomatic concessions are being made on either side?

There was no public relations disaster here in the US, despite the Reuters spin, but it behooves the Administration to make some nice to international UN-lovers.
