Smart move by Clark. There are thousands of laid off or lowly paid American programmers who are pissed that they have been replaced or might in the future be replaced by Indians and Chinese. I don't understand why Bush hasn't made any attempt to search for votes from this group. Quite the opposite, he has expressed support for increasing H1B visas.

I was waiting for a politician to pick this up, especially since Bush has shyed away from talking about it. Well beyond trying to increase the H1b program to a "anyone that wants to work for cheap, come on down!" amnesty lite program.

Because Bush believes in capitalism, not socialism like Wesley Clark.
