I think something needs to be done about foreign investment in US politics, even if through US based "front groups". Seems to me this is dangerous for the republic. If a consortium of foriegn interests, for example Arab countries, were to invest in attacking, say GW in 2004, through hundreds of millions of dollars in political advertising, the outcome of the election most certainly could be affected. I am opposed to CFR for US citizens but IMO foriegn money should be kept out of US politics.

In reading over MoveOn.org's press release, I noticed that it identified Charlie Fisher as a Denver resident (and a former Republican) who is currently on an assignment in Denmark. So the ad itself was produced by a U.S. citizen.
