Absolutely. This is the bozo that said if someone breaks in lock yourself behind a door and dial 911. Well if they're already in the house the only door that locks is the bathroom door. If they can break through the front door the bathroom door won't present an obstacle.
What I'd like to see is a law passed there that no police officer can have a gun in the house either. If it's good enough for the average citizen it's good enough for off duty cops. Then if someone kicks in the chiefs door he can lock himself in the bathroom and call 911.
