I hope they can get some of these politicians on record stating that they have no handguns in their home and that they plan to only call 911 and WAIT when their home is invaded by a criminal.

Well, maybe the homeowner needs to be taught about gun control-- he should have aimed his four shots at the crotch, neck, mouth and between the eyes. On the other hand, they should cut him some slack because a man in his home with children to protect might not aim straight. Why not make it fair by lining up the perp against a target and letting him try again?
