Is FR middle of the road?

I had hoped not. I had hoped we were the base.

I understand pragmatism...did a few term papers on it for my Political Theory Major but if W did not have this war in which he is doing splendidly btw, we would be in trouble.

If we have to become Dems (CFR, AWB ban, Education and Medicare bills, and now Migra-Amnesty) then what is the point?.....

I am hanging in there domestically since there is no option and Rove knows this all too well but we are going to coopt ourselves into simply Moderate Dem Lite if we don't stop.

It's a mixed bag and yes it sure beats Hildabeast as POTUS but it ain't victory...not to me.

Don't be too upset - Rice doesn't have the nomination yet.

We have several good Conservative candidates that can run in 2008 - Allen, Santorum, Frist, Owens, Sanford (I obviously prefer Owens but I could live with the others).

Don't pull a PaleoCrackPot and abandon the GOP completely because then you'll end up like Sam Francis - stuck out in the 0.01% wilderness and having no influence whatsoever in the party.

2006-2008 is when we Conservatives need to come out and shine.

But be patient - I remember my Father told me after Nixon resigned that The Soviet Union would destroy the world because Ford was weak on defense. But 7 years later, Reagan was President and the rest is history.
