As a long time resident of Colorado, I can tell you he has done a pretty good job here. However, I don't think he is ruthless enough to beat Ms. Hilly-beast. Owens comes across as a nice, fairly normal guy who I've seen eating at the Chilis with his family before (apparently recently separated from his wife btw). I think Hilly would eat him alive not because of any superior skill or point, but just because she can be mean as hell.

Just food for thought...I'd like to see Condi Rice aggresively slam H.C and her husband into the dust bin of history.

Sorry, but that kills his budding candidacy right there. I mean, Ronald Reagan was married before, but that was in the 1940s. A guy with marital problems in the recent past isn't going to win the Presidency, no matter how good he looks on paper. (He also needs to stop eating at Chili's, and lose that chipmonk look.)
