A lot of good-natured ribbing between the Dakotas. Many claim a passport & South Dakota/Nor' Dakota dictionary are needed to cross our border.

A little more seriously, North Dakota in January is is not the place and time for Caribs to try crash the U.S. border. Very easy to become a Carribean Corpsicle!
