If it makes you feel better to ignore that McNabb rates behind 18 other QB's playing in at least 10 games for the entire 2003 season then go right ahead

FYI -- QB rating is a useless stat that totally ignores various other aspects of the game that affect a QB's numbers (strength of running game, QB rushing yards, individual game strategies, strength of defense, a team's red zone strategies, etc, etc).
