Geragos already looked like the idiot he is during that last Peterson hearing they televised. I think they call it the 905 hearing. (Referring to the CA law that provided for such a hearing.)

Geragos was on record as having said that there wasn't even necessarily a murder. But then he got all involved in his "satanists did it" routine. Distaso at that point said that the defense must have conceded the earlier point--the point being, that the crime of murder HAD been committed. Distaso said, "Well, I see that the defense is no longer contesting that the corpus delicti has been shown..."

And the other night, I notice that the bitter old f*rt Larry King was deliberately mispronouncing the prosecutor's name.

995 hearing I think they called it Dev. Anyway, your right about LK - he's such an A$$!! I'm really thrilled to see that the quiet, polite Distaso, can, when necessary, rise up and absolutely hammer Geragos. Distaso and Harris are good Prosecutors. Also, Distaso is not a novice at trying murder trials. Just watch him, he's quick! He hears every word and I think that survey debacle, pushed him over the line. He got aggressive which is what I think he will do in the trial and yet he can be polite and is a good speaker. He certainly put the scenario together plainly the other day. The Jury will like him. I think the Jury will NOT like Geragos OR Peterson. I feel like Peterson is a man on the edge right now. He May explode at some point during the trial.
