I have always thought that if they had access to or possessed WMDs they would have used them with their first attack rather than the airplanes on 9/11. They had to have known that after this attack, things would change and they might not have another shot at us so they used their best. The idea that they have developed WMDs after 9/11 is remote because they have become so fractured.

If I were in Hacksaw Arkansas I'd be worried. Anything larger and they can't destroy it.
Cities like LA are so big, even if we allowed them eight weeks free reign, they couldn't put a dent in it. LOL!

yes they would have used them then ... the question is whether they were able to purchase technology or actual devices ... like artillery shells for example ... small yield, but effective ...
