Then how about you come down and catch the black chow that runs lose in my neighborhood growling at anything/anyone that comes within 20 ft? lol (animal control refuses to come get him! they claim they've tried to catch him for years which I don't understand because this dog does NOT run.)

I'm with you 100%. We've got 2 chows that run loose in our neighborhood. They've got a fondness for trouble and killing chickens. Well, one of the chows got himself shot (oh, the poor little doggie). The dog made it home, owner took it to the vet and it lived. Cost the owner dearly, as in over $500. Around where I live, dogs that like to kill other peoples' animals generally get themselves shot. I like it best when the dog lives and the owner is stuck with a large vet bill.
