"How stupid" You'd think on the millions these guys get paid they could afford a $25 cab fare. Roll models. Sure.

Hey, he's an athlete!
He didn't murder someone.
Didn't rape a girl.
Wasn't doing crack.
By modern standards, this guy
is downright wholesome!

Oakland fans all over the bay area are averting their eyes in disgust.

Hey, maybe he had Janikowski as his designated driver and figured it would be better to take his chances driving himself.

You are right(of course). The problem is that when someone is under the influence(alcohol,drugs....),clear-headedness is absent!

MADD's REAL agenda:
VIRTUAL PROHIBITION.
Even MADD founder Candy Lightner, who is no longer associated with the organization, recognizes this fact.

YUP!
I guess he can afford the beer(s) at that Tank. Or he shut down one of the many micro-brew joints in downtown San Josie.
He was at the Sharks game last night.. apparently was sitting next to a police officer (off-duty) during the game.
He is still in the pokey, but should be released later this morning. Statement has just been released by San Jose State Campus Police who pinched him at a Jack in the BoX at 2AM.
He was driving a white SUV , pooficer saw him operating erratically, one other male and two females were in the SUV with Jeff.
He took the blood test option, results in about 2 weeks.

As of 9:00am this morning he is still in jail. 8 media vans are parked in front of the jail.
As a Oakland Raider fan, I am DEEPLY SADDENED.

Why wasn't one of them driving?
So many questions, so little time!!
