And your Libertarian Party would?

Let's compare the LP to the Republicrats:
Taxes: LP wants to end direct taxation. RP wants to be able to screw around with it to get votes.
Borders: LP wants open borders. RP says they want mostly open borders and does nothing to enforce laws already on books.
Guns: LP supports individual rights to bear arms including select-fire weapons. RP wants to renew ugly gun ban.
Welfare: LP would end any type of wealth transfer. RP wants to use give-aways to get more votes (ie. Senior Drug Plan).
Drugs: LP wants you to decide what you should put into your body. RP thinks they know best and will oppose even medical pot for terminal cancer patients.

Right now the RP is giving "conservatives" about 2% of what they actually want in govt. The LP would give "conservatives" about 98% of what they want in govt, but of course the RP will use the drug boogey-man to scare the witless Bushbots into thinking that the LP is just a bunch of dope smoking hippies left over from the 60's.

Sorry. You're not going to get rid of direct taxation. I prefer a retail sales tax, but even a Libertarian would not be able to dismantle, completely, the tax system.

So much of what the LP proposes is fantasy; that's why nobody takes you seriously.

Let's really compare LP to GOP. Please cite the elected offices held by LP? US Senators, congress persons?

Yall are not players. Just viewers, bitching from the side lines.
