Any sentient being knows that. This is just the same old tired bunch of contrarians that wake up every six months or so and decide to verbalize their brain farts. It is nothing new.

I've enjoyed your salient observations. Arguing issues with most Libertarians is fruitless. It's like debating particle physics with a 4 year-old. The LP's understanding of the legislative process is very naive and shortsighted, at best. If a few LP candidates were ever capable of being elected to either the U.S. House or Senate, they would soon realize legislation is not made by edict, and would further learn about legislative counsel, statutory committee markups with Democrats (before bills are reported), enacting clauses/provisions within legislation, as well as myriad Senate rules. Then perhaps the LP would quickly realize the Republicans are not to be faulted for every over-funded, budget buster which passes. Once they realize they have to work with and yes, against Democrats, they will finally know it's easier said than done.
