I've taken tylenol pm before, it worked, no prescription.

Take it from the frugal druggie: The sleeping aids in the generic box on the lower shelf at K-Mart have the exact same medicine as the overpriced Tylenol PM. The extra benefit is there is no Tylenol (a know liver enemy) in them. It's basically chemical Benedryl.

Something else that works wonders is taking magnesium supplements. It's cheap too.
