A few years ago, Lt. Gen. Claudia Kennedy was rumored to be the next Director of the National Security Agency. Deo Gratias, this never came about. She is the "soldier" who instituted the COO (Concern of Others) Progran in one of her commands. That does seem to run contrary to the ethos of the Army: kill people and break things.

Yeah, he doesn't have any bone to pick with Bush...he's only out campaigning for one of his potential opponents.

"...Kerry's state campaign headquarters in Manchester, N.H. annoucned that retired Lt. Gen. Claudia Kennedy, retired Brig. Gen. Stephen Cheney, former Ambassador Joe Wilson would spearhead a three-day drive in the Granite State starting Tuesday.
