I know risks of health care workers caring for HIV positive patients BUT this is about homosexuals being parents. If I died and wanted my gay sister(she's not gay) to care for my children who are people to decide what's best for my kids???

No. I was addressing something the person said. Nothing more. Nothing less. I don't care about this homo issue. I have my own personal views about it but will not share them here. I don't care about this. There are more than two ways to catch HIV.
