Agree. Not only was it defamation, it was defamation under color of official authority. If Jim had really wanted to be litigious about this, he probably could have squeezed a lot more blood out of that particular turnip.

Robinson said he plans to use the settlement money to travel across the country in a motor home visiting Free Republic chapters. He will end the trip in Washington, D.C. Kewl.
And I hope that motor home makes a lot of stops along the way, visiting Freepers from coast to coast.
