I apologize if this seems unrelated, but it's a question that has me puzzled. Why do most of these muslim/middle eastern men have several names? For example, this man could be Nabil Sahrawi or Abu Ibrahim Mustafa. Why not one or the other?

Abu Ibrahim Mustafa is his nom de guerre or fighting name, which a lot of Arab terrorists like to use. I think it's the childish fascination with false moustaches and assumed names.
