Venison summer sausage does not last too long when it is anywhere near me. Love that stuff almost as much as venison chili-(which I can't eat much of anymore, because I always eat way too much)

I keep mine under lock and key... ;^)
..and venison chili is good for you, provided you keep the fattier meats to a minimum. Use strait venison and add olive oil as a fat... also use two or three kinds of beans and good veggies... MMmmmmmm.
