I hunt because I enjoy it... I get to do something that is satisfying to me as a person. I work hard at being the best hunter that I can. I recently started practicing with a bow so I can bow hunt some day. I did this to increase the challenge. I also like venison, which I can't get it in stores and if it was sold in stores it would have the same issues that "store-bought" and "farm-raised" meats do now. I do not "trophy hunt" and I don't approve of "canned hunts".
You need to get a clue or remove your little self to DU.
BTW, in case you should decide to wip out the "defenseless animal" issue, and say that I would have a different attitude if my prey hunted me back... I've been there. At the time my "prey" was two-legged and armed at least as well as I was. I came home.

Well I do not mean to insult anyone, and I am glad you are home safe and sound...You know all these posts attacking me like I am the spawn of satan is ridiculous I am not standing on the corner preaching "All Hunters Are GOING TO HELL" I am just saying in MY OPINION there is no need for a sport called HUNTING unless it has a purpose.
If you want to have fun go Bungy jumping or jump out of an airplane for a thrill, I will look at the sites people have given me to see everyone's point of view but I think some Freepers should know many people are agaisnt Sport Hunting, does that mean I am going to get on Jerry Springer or CNN and make some bizarre case NO, I feel it is not necessary to kill animals for enjoyment.
