The truth of the whole thing about the Balkans is rather shocking and takes a bit of time to get used to for many Americans. Basically, pretty much every one of the stories about "Serb atrocities" which anybody has ever bothered to run totally to ground turns out to be fabricated BS. The worst case of all is probably the story of the Bosnian Serb "death camp" at Trnopolje, which turned out to be a refugee hostel of sorts.

As near as I can tell by doing my own investigations on the net, pretty much everything Americans have been told by our own media about the balkans over the last decade or so is BS.

Basically, the people accusing Milosevic and other Serbs of crimes are the Klintons, Madeline Albright, George Soros, Wesley Clark, and a number of their fellow travellors. I mean, what more should you need to know?

Some of the most despicable people in our society, to be sure, but, to think that everything was made up (200,000 graves of all ethnicities lie throoughout what was Yugoslavia) is to live in a parallel universe... denial is your friend I guess.
