Help me out here. How is the state and local governments' refusal to enforce immigration laws Bush's fault? This is exactly why there are 10 million illegals here in the first place. The INS with a total of 1500 field agents cannot possibly do anything without the aid of local law enforcement. Damn guys, at least blame the right people.
