One sees here the cynical ploy of “Boy Genius” Karl Rove. With the filing deadlines for the Republican primaries having passed and no GOP opponent, with no Third Party challenger from the Right, There is a third party challenger from the right. His name is Michael Peroutka.

I don't think his name will appear on the ballot in Maryland. The CP has "lost standing" in the People's Republic.
