Is this normal for Ed Koch? I don't know a lot about him but he seems to make a lot of sense.

Koch has been an outspoken supporter of Bush's war on terror almost from the moment the towers fell. As for the Dems' cowardly positions, he's been pretty consistent on that, too. Early on, he stated how elated he was that Gore wasn't in the White House on 9/11.
