I just returned from filling out an accident report. Busy six lane intersection, she, illegal, takes a left from the middle lane almost gets hit by the people in the first lane and turn lane coming from the same direction as she was, right in front of me. I really wiped her car out one one side and her bumper was on top of her car.

She speaks no english, had no drivers license, no insurance. Probably only learned about how to use the light switch on the wall a week ago. The only thing lucky about it was that an off duty cop was in the car directly behind me, then there also was a tow truck driver and the family in the car next to me that stopped to give me their numbers and testify.

I'm calling the INS in the morning and insisting that if they don't deport her I'm suing the INS. I don't really know if I can do that, but their derelection of duty is a hazzard to the general public.
