I think we misunderstood each other. I took your comment to mean you thought the President really did this, and I assumed it was a joke. I later saw that you posted another question asking if there was a settlement, and then realized that was what you were really asking.

In either case, I meant no offense, and I am very sorry you took it that way. There is a posted thread detailing the settlement, and I don't know how to link, but perhaps someone else will be kind enough to do it for you.
