I think that if Muslims are running the schools, they'll be saying that "Allah made everything" no matter whether the schools had been secular or satanist before.

The ACLU is able to bring a school to court to prevent (Christian) prayer because they know that the Christians will not declare a fatwa that the plaintiffs should be put to death, nor will the Christians embark on a Jihad to level ACLU headquarters and the court building
