With respect to its poh'-leese, it would appear that Memphis is a serious contender for the toppling of New Orleans from as holder of the title of "The Most Corrupt City in America."

It sounds like a serious housecleaning is in order for Memphis -- far beyond what a few cans of Raid could accomplish.
