Oh, so you side with Russian leftists who cry election stolen because they out of power...you must have great sympathy for Al Gore, co-faith? Or double standard...in your case I have feelings of double standard.

Where is US flat tax? Where is US flat tax of low 13%? Where is US cut in government? Russia cut government, even cut business registration to one window of one office. Where is US low corporate rate of tax? Where is US ban on sales tax? Where is US balanced government budget with positive government savings? Where is US tort reform? Where is US protective tarriffs to keep jobs from leaving? Where is US ban on abortions after 12 weeks? Did US even ban murder of late term abortions? Where in US Christian faith taught in school...oh that is right, Islam is now taught in US schools.

And by the way, US often block Russia and hamper Russia, why should Russia be expected to subjugate own needs to US? Putin elected to care of Russia not be lap dog of Bush. If two agree and work togather on soemthing then good, but don't expect English lapdog in Kremlin.

Example of this is Spring 2001 when Russia was on plan to bomb Taliban in retaliation for Chechin training and support...Bush did everything and used UN to stop Putin...interesting how littel fore thought might change things....only 5 month later.

No, I don't side with ANYONE in Russia, Leftists or conservatives like yourself. And please, don't try to ascribe me statements for which you have ready counter arguments, it's a tired Agitprop trick.

This said, it doesn't change the hard fact that the elections in Russia where farce... the most recent ones, and all previous during the last 80 years. It's a stable pattern, as a conservative you should appreciate this.

No one here asserts that the US is perfect. There are lots of things to be done and lots of useful and necessary laws to be introduced. The difference with the USSR... er, Russia, anyway, same sh*t... is that the laws which do exist in America WORK.

Careful - you'll really piss 'em off.

Some folks have trouble understanding that the Soviet Union is no more, and that Russia is making great strides after a shaky start. I'm still angry at how the oligarchs stole such a huge mass of public resources, but things certainly seem headed in the right direction now.
