I thought when Reagan did this same thing back in the '80's that it was going to stop.... Come on RINO's fess up. The one thing the Fed Gov is Required to do they don't do -- protect our borders. The enforcement division is now called Immigration & Customs Enforcement, or ICE. CIS is the administrative - paper-pushing - remnant of the INS.
