I thought when Reagan did this same thing back in the '80's that it was going to stop.... Come on RINO's fess up. The one thing the Fed Gov is Required to do they don't do -- protect our borders. I wish this would get resolved, I say put the Army on the border if we are at war lets act like it and win this war.

The enforcement division is now called Immigration & Customs Enforcement, or ICE. CIS is the administrative - paper-pushing - remnant of the INS.
