Dumb joke.
How anyone could think it was racist is a mystery.

seems racsit to me

It's not whether the joke is racist or not, it's the double standard applied to lefties versus righties.
If a Republican had of made the exact same remark, it would have caused an uproar among the media and every left wing group in existence.

I have to agree with tallhappy. I don't see racism in her joke. Is it the part about running a gas station or living in St. Louis that makes it wrong?
Her comment is equal to the Rush comment about the QB.
I have never been a big Rush fan. I do like to listen to Dennis Prager during my lunch hour though. He has a Happiness Hour on fridays that is always enjoyable.

Dumb joke. -- How anyone could think it was racist is a mystery. But the double-standard is that Republicans can never make bad jokes or belong to the the KKK(Byrd) and it NOT be racist!

I agree. And for that matter, so does Sean Hannity. He basically claims that to attack her for making a dumb joke is to lower ourselves to the standards that liberals are so famous for using.
As much as I detest this woman and fear the power given to her by liberals, it is obvious to me that she simply made a lame attempt at humor.
But it is fun to see the differences in the way the liberal media elects to ignore this, compared to their attacks on Trent Lott.
