LOL!!!!

This year I actually saw midnight roll around - with fellow insomniac FReepers - everyone else in my house was asleep.

The only New Year's Eve I stayed up for was 2000 because I was a Y2K wacko and expected a terrorist attack at any moment.

I had been the butt of family jokes for the past two and a half years. Just before midnight, my brother, in another state, called to check on my Y2k preparations.

He told me he had his: a 6-pack of beer and a large bag of potato chips.

I have to admit, family members were very kind to me post-Y2K and didn't torture me TOO much.
