Alas, it will be some time b/f this trial starts, I think. Just look at it this way: that's that much more time Scott has to sit in a cell, until he gets his day in court! And when he does get it, he'll wish he had never asked for it!

Yeah Jackie - She seemed VERY confident about the Peterson case. I don't believe for a minute that Geragos has anything "substantial or ground shaking" it's just his usual bluster!! I too wish this would "get going". I also PRAY that something like Laci's skull washes up PLUS anything else that has Peterson tied to it. You bet that Bay still holds some powerful evidence.
