then how is that possible for the US that was able to go thousands of miles and depose a dictator in record time unable to deport illegals? The reason is simple, they don't intend to.We could do it, but just stop, take a deep breath and try to visualize the scenario when the NYT's puts the first picture of an illegal mother, holding her child, crying for her dead husband, on the front page. Then the pictures of herding people into pens, and loading them on cattle cars. Now multiply this out hundreds of times in hundreds of cities, over a couple of months. Get the picture.!
I don't disagree that it would not be the best 'photo-op". I was told here once that those who were conservative were so because they 'couldn't make the hard decisions'.. this would be a 'hard decision' for sure but .. at this point, it's called self-preservation.
