Several years ago my company layed off all the janitors (mostly US citizens) and hired a contract service that employs mostly illegal aliens. So much for them only doing jobs that citizens and legal aliens won't. I think in many cases it is only that they will do the job a minimum wage or less.

Why didn't you turn your company in? Oh BTW, did you refuse any bonuses given to you by your company for them making a business decision that saved them money and that savings may have gone into your pocket?
