Heck, in theory we'd have to come up with a slew of new things like 20,000 unionized TSA employees, Patriot Acts, CFR restrictions, 30% increases in descretional spending...Hell, that wouldn't even be a down payment.
I've run the numbers, and they aren't pretty. About 3,000,000 or so new "border guards," just to close the Mexican border.

I've no doubt it wouldn't come cheap but that's way off.
