Oh yeah. The women developed a really dopey ad campaign purposely using the corporate jet as a phallic symbol. They came up with some really bizarre photo images which seemed semi-pornographic. But as silly as their ad campaign was it was still better than the men's ads since the men showed NO IMAGINATION. It was just the typical ad with no originality at all.

But neither group made any effort to find out who the TARGETED customers are and what would appeal to them. the purpose of the ads supposed to be to appeal to that audience.
I think neither group did that, and my personal opinion is that the guys' ad may not have been memorable, but the women's ad may well have offended the target customers.
The women showed that they were not afraid to be daring, that's probably why they won and because of Jason's obvious mistake of not meeting with the customer.
But I can't believe how Sam survived two firings, in fact I can't believe they picked him for the show in the first place.

I'm sitting there going "don't give a thumbs up... don't give a thumbs up..." (it had that kind of pacing and language being used) and wouldn't you know it, they had the pilot giving a thumbs while saying something like "We're the best." Yech.
The team leader deserved to be fired. Come on, refusing to meet with the client? To their credit, his team questioned the call, but he barreled ahead.
