Well, nothing Omarosa does surprises me.
Kwame would have been better off, to not accept her in the first place -- being shorthanded by one would have been vastly preferable.

Now Bill and Kwame in the boardroom. Trump talking to the two of them. Giving them feedback based on what team leaders said. Kwame telling Trump that Omarosa was difficult to manage. Carolyn and Trump pointing out that he did pick her. Kwame smiling too much. Carolyn told Bill his team thought he was stressed. George told Kwame his team thought he should have micromanaged more. Trump tells Bill his team said he got flustered. Bill and Kwame pleading their case.
