If your name consists of two common nouns, I really don't see how you can sue somebody for using it, especially after you've been dead for a hundred years.

Not to be too pedantic, but wouldn't that be a noun and an adjective? (although crazy could be used as a noun, it's normally used as an adjective, as is the case here)
