Who are you...Dick Morris? This is the dumbest thing I've ever read.

Bush will win Florida...because it's a growing conservative state. Look at the trends for the last few elections.

Sorry, but it's RealPolitic.

Here are some realities.

Jeb should have walked over McBride, a lawyer who had never run for office before and realty didn'y want the job. It was much too close.

Pres is not a great public speaker, campaigner.

Media will help tighten race. They want close race to public will watch coverage and candidates will have to buy ads.

There have been experienced, skilled Dem operatives here since April.

Elections are about getting out the base vote, but more importantly, converting the middle 20%. Mz Harris would mobilize BOTH bases, AND drive away the middle ground. Never run a canaidate who moblizes the other side's base. Ask B-1 Bob Dornan.

When asking about someone like Mz Harris, don't ask our Conservative friends, ask the middle 20%.

Sorry, but not this time, not on a reminder tcket with the Prez.

His reelection is too important to be put at risk by the persoal needs of an 11 month Congresswoman. Personally, I love her, but as a Sen candidate, not now. Later, in an off year, she wins with 54%, but not now.

56% to 43.2% is too close for you. LOL.

Hmmm. Let's see. He did win in 2000 didn't he? He also won in Texas twice. That in itself is amazing, because governors don't last very long in Texas. KH won statewide in Florida with nearly 54% in 98. What she did in 2000 is only going to help her based on the voting data for current Republicans. Take a look at the Florida Legislature...how many are dems and how many are republicans. This state is Republican and the only way she is going to lose is if a she is beaten in the primary by a more conservative Republican. Methinks she should come out against the anti-gun nuts and solidify her base voters. She needs to grab this conservative cause to "protect the women of Florida". Conservatives will flock to her like ants on honey.

Sure did work for McBride and Reno...didn't it? The media is overrated. Talk radio is working to their disadvantage.

20%...that is a demonrat pipedream. No way that is true by looking at the data. 53% to 54% of voters are republicans or conservative democrats. Bob Dornan btw was gerrymandered out I believe. He ran against a hispanic woman in a heavily hispanic district. There is no comparison.
